Prepsi provides visa interview preparation services including:

• AI-powered mock visa interviews
• Automated interview analysis and feedback
• One-on-one consultations with former US visa officers
• Educational content and preparation materials
• Practice session reports and recommendations

No Guarantee of Visa Approval

• Educational Purpose Only: Our services are for practice and educational purposes
• No Visa Guarantee: We do not guarantee visa approval or interview success
• Independent Practice: Our mock interviews are practice sessions, not official visa interviews
• Your Responsibility: Final visa decisions are made solely by government officials

Advisory Only: Consultations with former visa officers provide guidance and advice only

No Legal Representation: Our consultants do not represent you in any legal capacity

No Official Affiliation: Former officers provide services independently and do not represent current government positions

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One account per person is permitted

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Permitted Use

Current Service Model

Paid Services

• Consultation Fees: One-on-one sessions with former visa officers require payment

Service Transitions

• Notice of Changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before transitioning free services to paid
• Grandfathering: Existing users may receive advance notice and special pricing during transitions
• Continued Access: You may discontinue use of any service before fees are implemented

Consultation Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before scheduled time

No-Shows: No refund for user no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice

Service Issues: Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis for technical problems

Refund Processing: Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Our Content

• All content, features, and functionality are owned by Prepsi
• This includes text, graphics, logos, software, and audio content
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you provide (responses, recordings)
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve our services
• We may use anonymized data for research and service improvement

AI Analysis

• Our AI algorithms and analysis methods are proprietary
• Results and feedback generated are for your personal use only
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems

Mock Interview Recordings

• Audio recordings may be created during practice sessions
• Recordings are used for AI analysis and feedback generation
• Recordings are automatically deleted within 90 days
• You may request immediate deletion of your recordings

• Anonymized data may be used to improve our services

Former Visa Officer Network

• Independent contractors provide consultation services
• Consultants are bound by confidentiality agreements
• Prepsi is not responsible for individual consultant advice

Uptime and Maintenance
